Masanobu Tsuchiya

Engaged in offshore investment banking and asset management at Daiwa Securities. Later worked in business turnaround at an audit firm-affiliated consultancy, and provided management oversight and restructuring for overseas subsidiaries within the Corporate Planning division of a holding company.

Yusuke Otsubo

Beginning their career at the Bank of Japan and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, they have been engaged in VC/CVC investment since 2003 at CSK Venture Capital, UMJ, and tb innovations. Their core strength lies in executing investments within the tech sector of emerging markets. Joined Fiducia in November 2025.

Shpakovskaya Victoria

Engaged in overseas investment at SBI Holdings and served on the Board of Directors for several portfolio banks. Managed investment research and Corporate Venture Capital (CVC) operations at TEL Venture Capital and tb innovations. Holds an MBA and a PhD in Sociolinguistics.

Contributed to the long-term growth of Tokyo Electron (TEL) as a lead strategist. Served as President of TEL Venture Capital in Silicon Valley for many years, achieving a track record of over 50 investments across 13 countries.
